He claims:

He raises his metallic arm and bends it at the elbow for a second. If the opponent hits him during that time, he uppercuts their stomach. The EX version is the strongest variant and activates quicker. After this, he can perform 1 of 2 follow ups: Blaster & Remote Bomb.
